I find it interesting and challenging to always improve the way you do things. I try to use the agile philosophies in everything, when it fits personal projects, work projects, management & life in general.

I am a father of a son, Wilmer (born 1999).
I like technology, exercise, music, to travel, cook, spend time with family and friends and so many more things.

My experiences from living in Sweden, Denmark, Japan, India and Brazil have made me consistently curious, strong and open minded.
